Job Description

• Transport and unload inbound shipments of warehoused food products using a stand‑up forklift.
• Sort, stage and place products in the appropriate storage areas.
• Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage them in the appropriate areas.
• Prepare completed pallets of product for shipping, including stacking, packaging/repackaging, shrink‑wrapping, labeling, and move product to assigned location.
• Accurately load outbound containers/shipments to meet customer demands.
• Verify product, lot numbers and quantities of orders to ensure accuracy.
• Report damages or discrepancies to supervision.
• Perform assembly of palletized products per customer requirements.
• Have basic knowledge or experience in software applications, WMS, YMS.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Previous Stand‑up Forklift Experience or Forklift Certification required.
• Previous Slip Sheet Operator Certification preferred.

Additional Qualifications

• General mathematics skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to learn and use RF equipment.
• Clamp experience a plus.
• Ability to work overtime.
  
  Ability to adapt to change in the workplace.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift 70 pounds.
• Ability to constantly walk, bend and lift.
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner and support and participate in all daily safety activities.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job.
• Ability to work independently to complete assigned duties.
