We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse for a 7-year-old patient requiring G-tube care in Wilmington, IL 60481 RN up to $42/LPN up to $33

Monday, to Friday 8am to 4pm- very easy case and great family!

We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team at Niklife Home Care Inc. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to clients in their homes, contributing significantly to their well-being and independence. Your expertise will be vital in implementing care plans approved by physicians and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assessing health status.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote client independence.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and care provided.
• Support pediatric clients with specialized needs, including infant care.

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/ Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in pediatrics or home health preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basic life support techniques.
• Ability to manage pain effectively and provide compassionate patient care.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and families.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
