• 3 years’ experience with Dozers (D6‑D8)
• 3 years’ experience with ADT (745)
• 3 years’ experience with Excavators

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

• Use motor coordination with finger dexterity for most of the workday.
• Exert physical effort handling objects less than 30 lb occasionally.
• Possible exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, etc., rarely.
• Work in environments involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes for most of the day.
• Work setting: shop or field.

• Starting salary: $43.75 per hour.
• Stable hours:
  Monday‑Friday, 5:30 am–finish (guaranteed 8 hr) with occasional Saturdays.
• Location:
  
  Landfill in Wilmington, IL.
