Wilmington, Illinois. Permanent full‑time, Sit Down Forklift Operator.

• Base pay: $18.50 per hour
• Increase $0.25 per hour at 90 and 180 days, 3% increase after 1 year
• Overtime: $27.75 per hour
• Shift differentiators up to $4 per hour depending on shift
• Productivity incentives up to $6 per hour
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments at 30 and 90 days
• Up to $28.50 per hour (including shift differentials and incentives)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License (certified)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member

• Highly thorough and dependable
• Punctual, good attendance record
• Works independently with minimal supervision

• Lifts/pushes/pulls up to 35 lbs
• Stands for long periods

• Available for flexible schedule across shifts
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, tote induction, staging, loading/unloading trucks
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork: picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing system during core shift hour
• Perform other duties as assigned
