AR Specialist

Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Kforce has a client that is seeking an AR Specialist in Wilmington, MA. Duties:

• AR Specialist will process and post customer payments accurately and promptly
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices
• Prepare and send invoices to clients
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment status
• Assist with month‑end closing and reporting as needed

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Quick Books)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
