Responsibilities- Support the Events Team in the management of Marketing and Sales events, webinars and presentations.
- Assist in planning and executing large corporate events, including venue selection, attendee RSVP tracking, and day-of logistics.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and inventory for marketing and sales collateral in online databases.
- Provide administrative and executive support for the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Provide assistance with project management and results reporting.
- Assist in communications with external vendors.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
- 1 year of event planning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion.
- Presentation creation and editing experience.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare presentations.
- Document management.
This is a Hybrid role with a 3 day a week in-office requirement.
Salary range is $27.00-$31.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. Actual salary may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience and location. This position is eligible for incentive compensation.
