- The Senior Events Associate will be responsible for the planning and execution of corporate meetings and events, sales trainings and other corporate meetings. This includes management of all event logistics, budgets, and working with a variety of stakeholders across the organization.
- The position will require administrative and project assistance, coordination of events, and support in developing and executing Marketing campaigns.
- This role also includes stocking and managing our marketing collateral for our sales team.
- 1 year of event planning experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to execute through to completion.
- Presentation creation and editing experience
- Strong customer service and organizational skills; detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to prepare presentations
- Document management
This is a Hybrid role with a 3 day a week in office requirement
The estimated salary range for this position is $27.00-$31.00/ per hour, 40 hours per week. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
