Location:

Wilmington, MA. Full‑time, Entry‑level. Shift: Compressed Work Week (9x80).

The Associate Program Master Scheduler will develop, coordinate, and implement Program Master Schedules, integrating them into program work products and working daily with program and control account managers.

• Develop and maintain the Program Integrated Master Plan/Schedule for the full project lifecycle (RFP to closeout) adhering to DIDs, PASEG, GASP, and WBS Standards.
• Lead status review meetings, capturing accomplishments, resource & duration adjustments, and maintaining interdependencies.
• Ensure integration and synchronization of cost and schedule data.
• Advise Program Manager and Control Account Managers on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks.
• Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts between stakeholders in the scheduling process.
• Participate in external and internal schedule reviews, including surveillance and audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, program management, accounting, business, or a related field.
• Ability to understand financial principles and analyze complex data.
• Very organized, customer focused, and possess strong computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize data to develop appropriate actions.
• Strong negotiating and interpersonal relation skills.
• Follow processes and procedures and direct others in doing so.
• Open to receiving feedback and direction.
• Maintain composure and communicate using logical, data‑driven metrics.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of personnel.

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance.

• Compressed work week (9/80, 4/10) and additional days off.
