Symbotic is seeking for a Project Management Intern to join our Program Management team within our Program Management organization. Your job will be to support strategic initiatives focused on project governance, process improvement, reporting, and cross-functional program execution. In this role, you will work alongside project and program leaders to analyze processes, improve communication workflows, develop reporting and visualization tools, and help teams gain greater visibility into program performance.

You will contribute to meaningful projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness and help stakeholders make informed decisions.

Program Management plays a critical role in supporting complex automation programs across Symbotic. The team partners with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, installation, finance, and operations to improve project execution, strengthen organizational alignment, and establish scalable processes that support business growth. Our team focuses on creating visibility into program health, strengthening governance, improving communication, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across cross-functional initiatives.

• Support strategic Program Management initiatives focused on improving project execution, communication, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand challenges, identify dependencies, and uncover opportunities for process improvement.
• Analyze project data and business processes to identify trends, risks, and areas for optimization.
• Create dashboards, reports, process documentation, presentations, and visual tools that make complex program information easier to understand.
• Support initiatives that improve visibility and consistency across large, cross-functional programs.
• Participate in team meetings and workshops, capturing action items, key decisions, requirements, and project updates.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders while gaining exposure to how engineering, supply chain, operations, finance, and project teams collaborate to deliver business outcomes.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
