The Wonder Years Learning Center in Wilmington, MA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Pre-K Teacher to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners in a nurturing and creative environment. You will be working with an experienced Teacher, who has been a long-term employee to plan curriculum and co-lead the classroom.

- Plan and implement an age-appropriate play-based curriculum aligned with early childhood development standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for all children
- Support nature-based outdoor play 2-3 times each day
- Monitor and document individual child progress and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child development and classroom activities
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies
- Collaborate with staff to support a positive, team-oriented learning community
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with Massachusetts state requirements
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
