The ATE Group seeks an enthusiastic Analog Design Engineer to develop ICs for new product lines. The projects involve integrated high‑speed and precision signal chains for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) applications, using both internal BiCMOS SiGe processes and standard 0.18 µm CMOS or fine‑line CMOS processes. The final products are assembled on laminate packages to create custom System‑in‑a‑Package (SIP) solutions, also known as chiplets.
Responsibilities- Design analog and digital circuits, including high‑speed drivers and receivers, DACs, PPMUs, and voltage references.
- Perform transistor‑level schematic design and simulation of mixed‑signal circuits (drivers, receivers, DACs, op‑amps, references).
- Ensure designs function across block boundaries and align with system architecture.
- Collaborate with evaluation engineers to compare simulation results with lab data (eye diagrams, jitter, DC accuracy).
- Prepare and present design‑review documentation packages.
- Minimum requirement of a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE).
- Knowledge and/or experience in digital or analog circuit design.
- Proficiency with Spice simulators and CAD tools (Cadence Virtuoso).
- Ability to problem‑solve at the transistor level.
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills.
- Team‑player mindset and capability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
