We are seeking a talented Test Engineer with a Mechanical or Test Engineering background for the Wilmington, MA location. As a Test Engineer, you will perform planning, coordination, and execution of component, subsystem, and system level tests as well as other evaluation activities across the program. You will have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplined team environment and directly support our nation’s war fighters.

• Planning, coordination, and scheduling test and evaluation activities to ensure that test requirements and objectives are met per customer/program requirements and engineering and quality standards
• Preparing and/or reviewing test plans, test procedures, test readiness reviews and test reports for functional, environmental, and field tests
• Supporting in-house and field data collection activities including setup and operation of data acquisition systems, accelerometers, strain gauges, high speed cameras, and other test instrumentation
• Supporting test activities including product installation, integration, test, data acquisition and analysis
• Performing preliminary “quick-look” analysis and provide post-test debriefs to engineering team and customers
• Coordination with appropriate program, engineering, and external organizations during test planning, execution, analysis and reporting phases
• 10 – 15% Travel

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 9 years related experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge and/or experience using electrical/mechanical test instrumentation is a plus

Must be able to obtain/maintain Government Security Clearance;
Active Secret clearance preferred

Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written) and have good organizational skills
