Operator – Wastewater

Weston & Sampson Services seeks a licensed Wastewater Operator with 5+ years of experience to support operations and maintenance in and around the North Shore, MA area.

• Routine wastewater treatment operations and maintenance tasks
• Assisting with the management of the facility
• Available for on‑call emergency coverage after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Minimum MA Full Grade 6C Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator license
• Previous experience working with municipalities
• Additional Water and/or Wastewater licensing a plus
• Knowledge of MA DEP regulations of plant O&M is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
• Good verbal, written, and math communication skills
• Ability to read complex technical instructions
• Must be able to climb ladders and lift/carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License

$35.00 – $45.00 per hour depending on experience.
