Massachusetts Office Co-op Wilmington, MA, US

Salary Range: $22.00 To $26.00 Hourly

Weston & Sampson is seeking a Co-Op employee for our full time Spring 2027 full-time Co-Op/Intern program. You will be performing cross-connection control surveys for both private and public water systems. This role will be located out of our Wilmington, MA office.

• Perform recurring (daily/weekly/monthly) pool operation inspections
• Perform on-call emergency services.
• Startup filters and chemical systems.
• Work with Corporate Safety Officer to ensure sites adhere to company protocols and applicable regulations.
• Perform pool inspections, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Learn to perform UV, heater, controller, and VFD Startups.
• Communicate with scheduler on manpower needs.
• Works collaboratively with Construction Manager and Foreman
• Sustain strong communication with the client.
• Document site activities. Fill out daily sheets and records. Report to management anything that needs future attention.
• Address client issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
• Upsell maintenance and repair services.

• Working towards a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Learon to troubleshoot pool water chemistry and equipment failures.
• Basic computer skills and hand tools
• Proven safety record driving company vehicle safely and responsible.

Salary Range Per Hour: $22.00 - $26.00 Based on Education
