* What you will do:

**
* ** Lead Advanced Energy Audits:
** Conduct comprehensive on-site facility assessments, feasibility studies, and investment-grade audits (IGAs) to identify high-performance Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
* ** Perform & Review Energy Modeling:
** Develop, evaluate, and validate energy savings calculations and baseline models utilizing ASHRAE-based calculation methods, proprietary Trane engineering tools, and simulation platforms such as TRACE 3D Plus and eQUEST.
* ** Deliver Technical Scopes & Documentation:
** Author and guide the technical development of detailed scopes of work, project proposals, performance guarantees, and contract documentation (including Exhibit E and utility baseline agreements).
* ** Partner Cross-Functionally:
** Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Project Development Engineers, M&V specialists, and Project Managers to verify technical viability, mitigate risk, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with client objectives.
