Our client is seeking a highly motivated accounting and finance professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced global organization. This role will be responsible for driving accurate financial reporting, supporting global operations, and ensuring strong internal controls. The position requires a balance of technical expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts and support monthly close, including management reporting packages, investor reporting, and other analyses of financial results.
- Manage weekly flash and 13-week cash forecast files.
- Lead or support preparation of KPIs, dashboards, and other reporting tools to enable timely decision-making by senior leadership.
- Manage aspects of VAT reporting and compliance.
- Apply technical accounting standards, including ASC-606 revenue recognition.
- Partner with global site accounting and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate close processes while supporting day-to-day finance needs.
- Contribute to treasury reporting and analysis.
- Support annual external audits.
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and ensure consistent quality of results.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, ideally in a global or complex environment.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting, including revenue recognition.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial close and consolidation processes.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Power BI usage.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and commitment to deadlines.
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
- Hands-on and proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to organizational growth.
