$60.00/hr – $70.00/hr

• Assist in developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in partnership with leadership
• Build and maintain financial models to analyze performance, profitability, and key business drivers
• Prepare management reports, including variance analyses and executive summaries, on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Present financial results, trends, and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision‑making
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely close processes
• Extract and analyze data from financial systems to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Support the preparation of presentations and ad‑hoc analyses for strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the design and implementation of improved reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Work closely with operational teams to align financial objectives with business goals

• 5+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Experience with enterprise financial systems (ERP platforms)
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal controls

• Background in a similar industry or operational environment
• Ability to develop financial models and provide actionable insights

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
