• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual closes for costing and inventory, ensuring accurate transactions and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain standard costing for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods; perform periodic cost studies.
• Analyze variances (PPV, absorption, manufacturing) and provide gross margin fluctuation insights globally.
• Manage inventory controls, cycle counts, physical inventories, and excess/obsolescence reserves.
• Oversee scrap, obsolescence, and transaction error resolution across domestic and international sites.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls; support audits and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation in Oracle ERP to enhance efficiency.
• Mentor and develop a team of 2+ cost accountants, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with operations and FP&A on productivity initiatives and financial insights.

• Experience:
  
  7+ years in manufacturing cost accounting; semiconductor or high‑tech preferred.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  Skills:
  
  Strong Oracle ERP experience required; advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Knowledge:
  Deep expertise in standard costing, inventory valuation, variances, and GAAP/SOX.
