** Job Summary & Responsibilities
** o   Roll will report to the Senior Director of Product Finance supporting all the business segments and Finance Managerso   Prepare journal entries for monthly close, analyze assigned accounts and perform reconciliation so   Manage data uploads for forecastingo   Create and modify reports and provide ad-hoc analysiso   Assist with the preparation of the financial actual reconciliations and forecasting for the Finance Managerso   Support Sr Director of Finance in OpEx management across the business segmentso   Collaborate broadly in the organization with HR business partners, legal team, global payroll teams, GL and Finance teamso   Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement focusing on streamlining, improving, and automating different processeso   Assist with internal and external audits requests and special projects as required
** Qualifications
* * Skills and knowledge you should possess:o   Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Financeo   3-5 years of related experienceo   Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracyo   Must be proficient in Excel and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and PowerPointo   Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to different levels of the organizationo   Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule during monthly and year-end closings (and for special assignments)

Experience with Hyperion financial reportingo
