Tax Manager

Location: Wilmington, MA | Hybrid
Compensation: $140,000–$160,000 base + 10% bonus + equity

Our confidential client is a publicly traded, rapidly growing technology company seeking an Income Tax Manager to join its finance team. This is an individual contributor role focused on income tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision, and tax planning in a complex corporate environment.

• Manage quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Prepare and review U.S. federal, state, and local income tax filings.
• Support partnership and flow-through entity tax compliance.
• Coordinate international tax compliance with external advisors as needed.
• Manage tax audits, notices, and inquiries from tax authorities.
• Improve tax processes, workflows, documentation, and internal controls.
• Support special projects involving acquisitions, reorganizations, transfer pricing, and equity compensation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred.
• Approximately 6–8+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and income tax compliance.
• Some partnership tax experience required.
• Experience in public accounting, industry, or a combination of both.
• Background with a mid-to-large, complex organization; public company experience preferred.
• International or multi-jurisdictional tax experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
