We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Wilmington. This is initially a 6-month contract position, with a view to extension and the potential for a longer-term opportunity as our hiring needs continue to grow.
What You’ll Do- Own full-cycle recruitment across an assigned portfolio of roles.
- Build strong pipelines through Linked In, referrals, job boards and proactive sourcing.
- Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to advise on recruiting strategy, timelines and talent markets.
- Manage candidate activity accurately and efficiently through Workday Recruiting and our CRM.
- Use recruiting data, technology and emerging AI tools to improve speed and quality.
- Work on projects and branding activities.
- Attend Career Fairs and expo's and promote ADI as a great place to work (which it is :)
- 2-5 years of recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing or another high-volume environment strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions with urgency.
- Experience with Workday or a similar ATS.
- Positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills.
Semiconductor, engineering or technical recruiting experience; familiarity with Hired Score or AI-enabled recruiting tools.
