Join HUB International’s U.S. award-winning Internship Program! As an intern at HUB, you’ll be part of our collaborative culture where your contributions matter and your growth is supported. This internship is specifically designed to give you exposure to the many career opportunities within the fast-growing insurance brokerage industry.

Business Practice Assignment Our internship will allow you to gain hands‑on experience working alongside our teams learning the ins and outs of our business while exploring areas like client service, sales, and more. Throughout the program, you’ll learn directly from industry experts across risk, insurance, employee benefits, retirement, and wealth management, building both your professional skills and the foundation for a successful future career.

Full‑time, paid, June 1 to August 6 (10-week) internship working out of one of our New England Offices.

• Pathway to a Career at HUB:
  Our internship program is designed to identify and develop future talent. High‑performing interns may have the opportunity to pursue full‑time roles across HUB’s U.S. locations following graduation.
