2019re hiring manufacturing engineers who are excited for the variety and challenge of product development. Transitioning a technology or device from a working prototype into a robust production stream is full of unseen hurdles. In this role, you will be working with a small and growing team to set up, maintain and refine manufacturing lines within our dedicated low‑volume production operations space.

• Architect Production Lines:
  Help design the tactical layout, station flows, and line balances for custom, small‑scale assembly cells designed to maintain high quality and efficiency. You will assist with kitting strategies, author assembly procedures, provide operational input during early design phases, and help pass down crucial process knowledge to the team.
• Equipment Sourcing & Specification:
  Take full ownership of vetting, purchasing, and deploying specialized line equipment—such as sourcing a heat sealer to process foil‑sealed biomedical plastic cups filled with buffer solutions.
