Registered Nurse (RN) – Willow Brook Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our 142‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility located in Boston, Massachusetts. At Willow Brook, we believe in providing compassionate, high‑quality care in a warm, home‑like environment.

• Same‑Day Pay
• Shift Times: 7 AM – 3 PM, 3 PM – 11 PM, Overnight shifts
• Shift Differentials: $5 PIB (Standard), $2 Shift Diff for Evening, $2.50 for Overnight
• $12,000 Sign‑on Bonus (Full‑time only)
• Hourly rate: $43‑$49

• Provide resident care in accordance with nursing practice standards and the written plan of care and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow the plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

• Current unencumbered active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
