CHEP is seeking an Operations Quality & Continuous Improvement Supervisor for our Wilmington, MA site. This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and hands-on leadership of the quality team, driving CI and QA programs at the plant to meet KPIs.
With 3–5 years in QA/CI, Lean Six Sigma preferred, you will lead SOP implementation, training, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize quality, safety, and cost performance within the plant.
