Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to verify material compliance with engineering drawings and specifications. This role involves managing non-conforming materials, administering the calibration program, and working collaboratively with Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate will contribute to data analysis for quality improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Inspect incoming and in-process materials against specifications.
- Manage the material review board (MRB) process for non-conforming items.
- Administer the calibration of measuring and test equipment.
- Support root cause investigations for quality issues.
- Generate reports and data for quality monitoring and improvement.
- 3-5 years of manufacturing quality control experience.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools.
- Ability to interpret basic mechanical drawings.
