Installer - Custom Closet Systems at Closet Factory

Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

This role involves turning design renderings into reality by installing custom storage solutions in client spaces.

• Interact directly with clients in their homes or work spaces and install projects from start to finish.
• Transport units from production to the client site and assemble them to provide functional organization that also serves as a custom work of art.
• Work with a positive attitude to satisfy each client and ensure a high-quality installation.
• Follow established processes and learn techniques to deliver efficient, excellent customer experiences.
• Drive to job sites within a geographic area; a vehicle and tools are provided; expect some overnight stays and variable end times based on the project.
• Maintain professionalism and a neat, well-stocked work van; be able to read and understand design plans.

• Experience or strong familiarity with basic hand tools and saws.
• Ideally experience in construction, cabinet making, and working in clients' homes.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional image and ability to communicate with customers.
• Driven to deliver the best customer experience efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn processes quickly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work on your feet, bend and crouch for extended periods; able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to understand design plans.
• Must keep a well-stocked, neat, and orderly work van.
• Fluent in English and legally able to work in the United States.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, some weekends if needed; 6:45 AM start time;
  Wilmington, MA
• Geographic area coverage with potential driving distances and overnight stays; workday length varies by project.
