. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Wilmington, MA
.

Job Description:

Pay $23-34/hr to start
Monday – Friday 6am start (8 hour shift)
6-month assignment possibility to extend based on performance and budget
Perform a wide variety of semi-skilled and skilled tasks to assist in the daily repair, preventative maintenance and construction of physical plant and expansion projects, including basic carpentry, masonry, electrical, heating/air-conditioning, plumbing, painting, mechanical and floor/wall coating installation.
Perform scheduled inspections/repairs on all facilities systems.
Perform supply, delivery, distribution, and acquisition tasks as directed.
May perform waste vacuum maintenance.

Qualifications:

HS or GED required
HVAC certified
1+ year experience with working in an industry environment
Experience working with basic carpentry, masonry, electrical, heating/air-conditioning, plumbing, painting, mechanical and floor/wall coating installation is preferred.
