Field Service Technician

Kelly, in partnership with a growing, family-owned service company, is looking for a Field Service Technician in Wilmington, MA. Our client offers the ability grow into a management role and run the entire department!

This is a direct hire role, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation details upon hire!

** Benefits:*

** Details:*
* + 1 st  shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

+ Local travel only, home evenings and weekends!

+ Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

* Job Description:

* + Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial blasting and dust-collection equipment at customer sites and the Wilmington facility.

+ Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

+ Read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

+ Support Customer Service and Sales with technical guidance.

+ Communicate professionally with customers and maintain accurate service records.

+ Follow all company and customer safety procedures.

** Qualifications*
* + Three or more years of industrial equipment service or mechanical repair experience preferred.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

+ Basic electrical and pneumatic knowledge preferred.

+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

+ Ability to access government facilities, lift equipment, use tools safely, and perform hands-on work.

+ Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
