• Safely lift, move, and position heavy loads using cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment.
• Lead and supervise crews on industrial rigging projects.
• Plan and coordinate machinery moves, equipment installations, and complex lifts.
• Review lift plans, conduct pre-lift planning, and identify potential hazards.
• Select, inspect, and properly use slings, chains, hooks, and other rigging gear.
• Ensure loads are properly secured to prevent shifting, damage, or failure.
• Communicate clearly with crane and forklift operators using standard hand signals.
• Enforce safety procedures, load limits, and site regulations.
• Maintain a safe work area, report unsafe conditions, and keep projects on schedule.
