Onto Innovation is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to architect and develop software for reliable wafer handling, robotics coordination, safety interlocks, motion control, system orchestration, and factory automation interfaces for a standardized EFEM platform.
The ideal candidate has strong real-time software design experience, expertise in .NET/C#, and proven HW/SW integration across complex electromechanical systems. Travel domestically ~10% and international travel as needed.
