Soccer Shots, a leading children’s soccer skills program known for its focus on positive character development, is searching for passionate coaches to join our team. We will train coaches during the Summer season (Jun‑Aug) with the goal of coaching in the Fall season (Sep‑Dec).

  Approximately 12‑15 hours of training.

What We’re Looking For:

• High Energy & Motivation:
  Enthusiasm and passion for working with children.
• Strong Leadership:
  Confidence and ability to lead groups of up to 12 kids.
• Safety‑First Mentality:
  Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all players.
• Reliable Transportation:
  Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Weekend Availability:
  Must be available to work on Saturdays or Sundays.
• High School Diploma Required.

A Typical Day as a Coach:

• Sessions (30‑45 minutes) take place between 9 am‑12 pm (Mon‑Sun) or 1 pm‑6:30 pm (Mon‑Fri).
• Arrive on time and create a positive experience for children and families.
• Lead engaging activities at local parks, schools, or indoor fields using our curriculum that emphasizes skill development and character building.
