The schedule is 25 hours per week - Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The hourly rate is $17.00.
Responsibilities- As a CAMS Accounts Payables Clerk, you will be responsible for investigating and coding invoices that data entry clerks are unable to code.
- You will build relationships with the community managers and accounting staff, and assist with invoice research.
- Scanning invoices into system for Accounts Payable; may be needed to assist Closings with scanning in checks
- Investigate and research invoices that are skipped due to errors or in need of additional info for processing
- Data entry
- Assist in other areas of Accounts Payable as needed
- Expertise in Excel
- 1-2 years of bookkeeping and/or accounts payable experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Customer service skills
