What the Plant Finance Manager will Own Core Accounting & Controls

• Build and own the full accounting function for the plant
• Lead month-end close, financial statements, and reporting
• Establish accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financials and clean, accurate data

Manufacturing & Cost Accounting

• Own manufacturing and cost accounting in a hands‑on environment
• Partner closely with plant leadership on inventory, margins, and production costs
• Identify operational inefficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities

Business Partnership

• Once the foundation built, shift into analysis and decision support
• Help operations understand performance, trends, and profitability
• Be the financial voice at the table — not just the scorekeeper
