Who We’re Looking For:
- Active-duty military, within 180 days of separation
- Command approval & expecting honorable discharge
- Drug-free & able to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail, team mindset, and a willingness to learn
- Automotive/diesel experience is a plus (not required!)

Commence Manufacturer Certifications at your assigned dealership
Dealership Ops Track:

Work side-by-side with experienced professionals
Collision Repair Track:
Learn bodywork basics
Support certified techs
Inspect, repair, and prep vehicles
Understand compliance & safety standards
Commence Manufacturer/I-CAR Certifications at your assigned Collision Repair Center
