Drywall Estimator

• Read and interpret bid documents, construction plans, schedules, and specifications
• Provide constructability comments and creative construction alternatives for clients
• Handle multiple project estimates simultaneously
• Track project data for historical production and cost analysis
• Produce complete and detailed estimates for a variety of project and contract types
• Create proposals with detailed clarifications, inclusions, and exclusions

• 5+ years of drywall/metal framing estimating or field experience
• Proficient in reading plans and specifications
• Experience with Quick Bid or equivalent software preferred
