This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Wilmington, NC. The Customer Service Representative will greet customers, answer phones, and respond to inquiries about repair services, estimates, and appointment scheduling. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with customers about repair status, coordinating with technicians and estimators, and updating customer records in the system. The role also involves managing paperwork, processing payments, and handling insurance-related documentation as needed.

The ideal candidate will help ensure a smooth front-office operation and a positive customer experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.

• Ability to deliver strong customer service and support, focusing on clear communication and professionalism.
• Skills in enhancing customer satisfaction and customer experience through timely follow-up and problem-solving.
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Service Representative or similar position is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to work on-site full-time, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with shop staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in automotive, collision repair, or service industry is a plus.
