We are a well-established, privately (non-DSO) owned pediatric dental practice located in the vibrant and growing coastal town of Wilmington NC surrounded by beautiful beaches. We are looking for an associate pediatric dentist (or future partner, if the right fit) who is experienced and looking to join a practice where you will feel valued and supported. This position is flexible and can be part-time or full-time.

A little more about us:
Sunshine Children’s Dentistry is a well-trained children’s dental practice
(one of the first pediatric dental offices in the Wilmington area) that
provides excellent and efficient service in a creative and fun environment.
Our goal is for every child to have a positive dental experience that will put
a bright smile on their face. One of our current dentists is looking to retire,
so we are looking to find the right person to fill their position on our team. We also have a Light Scalpal soft tissue laser and designated OR block time at the local hospital. The office has an in-office membership plan available to patients and now offers in-office GA from a local dental anesthesiologist.
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is upbeat, positive, collaborative and committed to
excellent patient care. - Commitment to ethical dental practices and patient confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
with patients and team members - Detail oriented with excellent clinical and diagnostic abilities
- A board certified/eligible pediatric dentist who loves working with kids and
families - DMD or DDS degree from accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license
- Valid DEA license
