A well-established Long Term Care and Assisted Living group wants to add a Family Medicine physician to its private practice in Wilmington, North Carolina. The group includes two internal medicine physicians and ten advanced practitioners. The physician will see patients in a clinic, long-term care, or assisted living setting.

• A base salary and a potential partnership track are offered after the second year ( the group will have flexibility with salary depending upon the level of experience ).
• A strong benefits package includes health, dental, vision, professional liability insurance, 401k, and paid time off, including CME.
• The practice offers continuity of care for patients in the office, hospital, nursing home, hospice, and home health setting.
• Advanced practice providers are taking the first call.
• Providers average 20 patients daily, essentially seeing ages 40 and above but trending towards a geriatric population.
• Full-time medical social worker and nursing staff of seven
