We are recruiting a hands‑on Controller for a very established and growing Wilmington‑based business. This newly created role will lead the build‑out of the accounting function and will be responsible for all monthly financial reporting. The Controller will work very closely with the operations team to help identify opportunities for improvement in the business.
Responsibilities- Lead the build‑out of the accounting function
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with operations to identify and implement process improvements
- Minimum 7 years progressive accounting experience with exposure to manufacturing
- BS/BA required
- Enjoys wearing multiple hats in a stand‑alone position
