** What You’ll Do**
* ** Lead & Inspire:
** Provide day-to-day leadership for compliance analysts and specialists, setting priorities, allocating resources, and driving strong execution.
* ** Regulatory Expertise:
** Oversee advisory support for credit card products, ensuring accurate interpretation of laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* *
* Risk Management:

** Integrate compliance requirements into product development, marketing, and operations to proactively manage regulatory risk.
* ** Quality Assurance:
** Review and approve risk assessments, testing plans, and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* ** Change Management:
** Lead oversight of Change Management Risk Assessments (CMRAs) for projects, regulatory updates, and business changes.
* ** Issue Resolution:
** Manage issue triage, control evaluation, and remediation validation, escalating concerns when necessary.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

** Partner with business units and risk teams to support informed decision-making and maintain transparency.
* ** Reporting & Insights:
** Prepare compliance dashboards and metrics for senior leadership, delivering actionable insights.
** What We’re Looking For**
* *
* Experience:

** 8+ years in compliance and regulatory banking (consumer credit cards preferred); 5+ years of people management experience.
* ** Knowledge:
** Advanced understanding of banking laws and regulations.
* *
* Certifications:

** CRCM, CAMS strongly preferred (or willingness to obtain).

* Skills:
