We are seeking Licensed Estheticians who are looking for a long‑term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high‑quality, result‑driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment. Our menu has expanded to include LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE micro‑current, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and more. Estheticians build treatment plans that may incorporate one or more of these progressive options, building repeat business with our membership model.

Education is offered continuously through on‑demand platforms.

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on each client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as they relate to estheticians
