Massage Therapists are responsible for obtaining the education and licensure required to perform bodywork services within North Carolina. They are expected to perform massage therapy and body treatments according to the treatment protocols provided. In addition to possessing knowledge and expertise in massage and body treatments, they should also be comfortable recommending enhancements and retail products. Woodhouse Spa Massage Therapists work closely with other team members to ensure that each guest's experience exceeds Woodhouse Spa standards.

• Performs exceptional massages and body treatments following award winning protocols
• Fully prepares each and every treatment based on our treatment criteria
• Educates the guest on the benefits of the service performed and recommends products for home use
• Promotes all the great services we offer and provides enhancement treatments
• Has a most recent and up to date massage license (NC please)
• Provides consistent and stellar treatments 5-6 different massages/body treatments per day
• Is an advocate of the Woodhouse Brand, making sure all treatment areas are prepared to the Woodhouse standards
• Always improving skills by attending continuing education classes

• Maintains a current Massage license in the state they are practicing in (NC)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to assess the needs and wants of their guests.
• Has exceptional time management skills.
• Works efficiently to solve problems in the moment.
• Available to work weekend, evening, and holiday hours.
• Neat and professional appearance follows Woodhouse Spa dress code.
• Physical strength to stand on feet for long hours at a time.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
