It is the responsibility of every Novant Health team member to deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, every time.

• Provide compassionate care to patients with a wide range of acute medical needs within the ICCU.
• Assist nursing staff with patient assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate to plan and implement patient care.
• Support patients' activities of daily living, hygiene, and comfort.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Certified Nursing Assistant I or II credentials.
• General Education Degree.
• Experience preferred but not required; demonstrates ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion.
• Ability to work night shift (7pm‑7am) and thrive in a supportive team environment.
