What You’ll Do as an RBT

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic‑based setting under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Collect and record data accurately during sessions
  • Assist clients in developing communication, daily living, social, and coping skills
  • Participate in team meetings and trainings
  • Ability to get up or down from the floor independently
  • Support generalization of skills across settings and activities
  • Ensure ethical standards and client dignity are upheld in every interaction

What You Bring

  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to become credentialed through our training)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma (required);
    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and implement treatment plans
  • Must be able to lift up to 35lbs, bending and squatting for upwards to an hour per day
  • Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend kneel, squat sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
  • Be energetic, caring and detail‑oriented
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a desire to make a difference
