As a BCBA with our ABA and Autism team, you will partner with families to help them navigate the needs and growth opportunities for their autistic family members. - Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
- Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, IC, ABA) to maximize outcomes.
- Deliver in‑service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
- Professional Growth – Learn from a team of BCBAs with 35+ years of combined experience

- Competitive salary: $70,000–$80,000 for this full‑time exempt position

- Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC
- Experience:
- 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
- 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)
- Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
- Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings
