As a BCBA with our ABA and Autism team, you will partner with families to help them navigate the needs and growth opportunities for their autistic family members. We are looking to expand our team with clinically creative, flexible team members.

• Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
• Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, IC, ABA) to maximize outcomes.
• Deliver in‑service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.

• Professional Growth – Learn from a team of BCBAs with 35+ years of combined experience

• Licensure: Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC
• Experience:
• 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred)
• 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred)
• Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & EMR systems
• Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings
