Our Talent Acquisition Partner will be the face of Vantaca to exceptional product and engineering candidates interested in joining our HOAi team in Redwood City. An engaging conversationalist with strong technical recruiting acumen, this person is organized and approachable to candidates and hiring teams alike. You'll handle full life cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring leaders and the People + Culture team to meet Vantaca's goals and metrics while managing day‑to‑day recruiting priorities.
This role focuses on sourcing and securing top‑tier technical talent, including difficult‑to‑fill and high‑touch product and engineering positions.

- Executes full‑cycle recruiting for product and engineering roles, utilizing effective sourcing strategies through Linked In Recruiter, Loxo, Sales
QL, Paylocity, and other innovative sourcing methods. - Uses appropriate enthusiasm and educated pitch to sell technical candidates on Vantaca's world‑class culture and growth plans.
- Manages multiple technical recruitment requisitions simultaneously with a focus on quality and speed.
- Researches, targets, and cold‑calls potential candidates using search engines, Git Hub, Stack Overflow, technical communities, alumni associations, tech meetups, personal networks, and referrals.
- Identifies, converts, and persuades top‑tier passive technical candidates to explore opportunities at Vantaca's HOAi team.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and creates accurate recruitment forecasts for product and engineering positions.
- Defines candidate qualifications by crafting detailed technical skill requirements and tailored screening questions for each role.
- Assess candidates' technical strengths and cultural fit through thorough evaluation, screening, and structured interviews.
- Extends employment offers and negotiates to final terms.
- Partners with People + Culture team to complete administrative onboarding.
- Ensures data integrity by entering recruiting and hiring data within Paylocity and all applicable HRIS databases.
- Prepares recruiting metrics and reporting as required.
- Demonstrates knowledge and experience working the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and utilization of applicant tracking systems.
- Well organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven with the capacity to proactively communicate and provide responsive follow‑up to both candidates and hiring teams.
- B.S. degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
