A Senior Data Scientist who will build data products, uncover valuable business insights, and communicate key discoveries in a high‑impact, fast‑paced team. You will develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and work cross‑functionally with product management, engineering, finance, and business teams.

• Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Define and implement data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Drive initiatives to enhance system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Mentor and grow the engineering team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with peers and stakeholders to define and execute roadmaps that scale the function.

• Lead advanced analytics initiatives to identify market opportunities and product optimization strategies.
• Establish predictive modeling and machine learning capabilities that enhance product features and service delivery.
• Foster a culture of analytical rigor and continuous learning; develop junior roles.
• Develop real‑time analytics and reporting capabilities supporting operational decision‑making.
• Implement customer segmentation and personalization strategies that impact revenue and engagement.
• Create high‑impact learnings that drive the business forward.
• Understand business needs and deliver detailed analysis with insights and forward‑looking recommendations.

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related analytical field.
• 2+ years of data science experience with demonstrated impact on product development and business outcomes.
• Proven track record of using data science to define, enhance, or create analysis in technology‑driven organizations.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization (Power BI), and data science tools (Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP.
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations and product strategies.
• Strong background in regression analysis, geospatial analysis, data visualization, and statistical inference.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence product and business strategy at executive levels.
