As a Sr. Data Conversion Engineer, you will design, execute, and manage end‑to‑end data conversion processes, lead the technical architecture for data migrations, collaborate with clients to resolve challenges, and ensure successful data transformations.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of data conversion projects.
• Ensure the integrity, quality, and accuracy of converted data.
• Lead integration with third‑party platforms and tools for data processing and validation.
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and client communications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data conversions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new technologies, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data conversion, data migration, or ETL processes.
• Expertise in database management and data processing.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
