OverviewAs a Client Enablement Specialist, you engage clients post go‑live to drive confidence, clarity, and momentum through a 5‑month adoption timeline and ongoing seasonal training.
Key Responsibilities- Guide clients through progressive adoption milestones from hypercare to advanced feature implementation.
- Deliver hypercare support during the critical go‑live period.
- Ensure financial production milestones are met by month two.
- Lead advanced feature adoption and system optimizations for months three to five.
- Conduct database audits after month five to ensure data integrity.
- Provide seasonal training aligned with property‑management cycles.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the go‑to expert.
- Coordinate cross‑functional support and project management for complex implementations.
- Maintain detailed records, update training materials, and track adoption metrics.
- Leverage AI tools for predictive success analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer success, training, or related field.
- 2–3+ years of client‑facing experience in training, coaching, or customer success.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and post‑implementation client adoption.
- Background in property management or HOA software is a plus.
- Strong training and presentation skills; ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Comfort using AI tools for personalized training and adoption analytics.
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
